GLASHÜTTE CHARACTER

Glashütte has been the epicentre of German watchmaking excellence since the mid-18th century and after a tumultuous 20th century the Glashütte Original brand emerged as the natural, and officially designated, inheritor of the region's excellent horological reputation.

This elegant timepiece upholds that fine reputation with a uniquely Glashütte take on the power reserve indicator complication. Incorporating many of the region's characteristic design features, such as the blued steel screws, stripe finish three-quarter plate and swan-neck fine adjustment.

HAND CRAFTED DETAILS

Each Glashütte timepiece follows the design traditions of the region, and the PanoReserve is no different - the view through the sapphire caseback of the in-house Calibre 65-01 manual movement reveals the classic stripe finish, the off-set rotor and hand-carved balance bridge, in addition to the iconic swan-neck fine adjustment.

The 40mm PanoReserve case, water resistant to 5 bar (50 metres) is crafted from stainless steel and features a silver-tone dial with a panorama date window adding a touch of bold contrast to the elegant, minimalist aesthetic.

Powering the timepiece is the in-house Calibre 65-01 manual movement, with a 42hr power reserve and a black Louisiana alligator strap that complements the design perfectly.
